Our Pilates Instructor - Donna Sizer
Donna Sizer has been teaching Pilates for 18 years. She trained in the Michael King method at the Pilates Institute of UK and holds a Diploma in Specialised Fitness as well as 8 qualifications in Pilates Intruction.Donna's passion for exercise lies in postural alignment, rehabilitative therapy, pre and post-natal exercise and injury prevention. She works with clients of all fitness levels and ages from beginners to athletes and from children to seniors.
Donna believes, ‘A strong core is the foundation to a strong body and mind’. She is known for her big smile and her commitment to perfecting exercise technique.
Pilates Packages
- Casual Visit - $20
- 5 Visit Pass - $75 (Save $25)
- 10 Visit Pass - $135 (Save $65)
Note: Classes generally run as a term of 8-10 weeks and we highly recommend completing the full term. Donna will cycle through different focus areas each session and gradually make things harder through the term. Exercises are individually tailored to each individual so coming regularly will allow Donna to perfect your program.
When do the classes run?
We currently have Pilates classes on Monday nights at 6.30pm. If this time doesn't suit you and you are keen for some Pilates, please contact us and we can look at adding more times!
