Pilates focuses on the body’s core architectural system - the deep stabilizing postural muscles of the spine and trunk increasing control of the back, pelvis, hips, neck and shoulders.
Pilates is suitable for people at all stages of life and ability. It helps in the treatment of back pain and aids in reducing stress. It also aids injury rehabilitation, shoulder stability, hamstring, hip or knee problems, posture and alignment, breathing technique and concentration.
Pilates increases general fitness and enhances muscle tone and strength. It can also improve biomechanical efficiency, muscle balance, enhance performance and will help in preventing injury and falls.

Our Pilates Instructor - Kelci WilsonKelci is one of our physios here and has a passion for better living through exercise as well as women's health. She works with clients of all fitness levels and ages from beginners to athletes.

- 5 Visit Pass - $75 (Save $25)
- 10 Visit Pass - $135 (Save $65)
Note: Classes generally run as a term of 8-10 weeks and we highly recommend completing the full term. Kelci will cycle through different focus areas each session and gradually make things harder through the term. Exercises are individually tailored to each individual so coming regularly will allow Kelci to perfect your program.
When do the classes run?We currently have Pilates classes on Wednesday nights at 6.30pm. If this time doesn't suit you and you are keen for some Pilates, please contact us and we can look at adding more times!
