We are registered with SIRA to provide Physio services to injured workers as part of the WorkCover insurance scheme. We are also involved with early intervention injury management for several companies. We accept referrals via email, fax and medical objects and can generally get injured workers booked in within 24 hours.

We understand that injuries can be pretty traumatic at the best of times, and with the extra stress of case managers, pressure to return to work and the stigma around WorkCover, being injured can be a very difficult time. We provide the best quality of care to get through the pain of an injury as soon as possible, and to regain full capacity as soon as possible, but we also provide support through a difficult time. We can help guide workers through some of the often complicated steps of the WorkCover process, help keep the focus on moving forward and making a good recovery, and provide a listening ear when things get overwhelming. We have been doing this for a long time and have experienced the frustrations of many workers, so we are confident in the best way to navigate these situations.

We understand how lost time injuries affect the productivity of a business so we do what we can to get injured workers fully recovered as quickly as possible. In the meantime, we try to keep injured workers at a level where they can still be productive whilst injured, and can assess what modified duties might be possible during the recovery period. This ends up being better for both the worker and the company, as workers can keep a positive mindset and feel useful while the company keeps operating without the total loss of that worker’s input.
